Permission has been obtained for the construction of the VERNISSAGE club house

On June 11, 2021, the Committee of Construction Supervision of the City of Moscow issued a permit for the construction of the VERNISSAGE club house at the address Moscow, CAO, Zamoskvorechye district, Shchipok str., vl. 26, p. 2.

The project consists of 26 premium class apartments with a two-level underground parking and its own infrastructure. For future residents, there will be available: a SPA complex, a gym, a conceptual cigar room with an enoteca. On the ground floor there will be a restaurant of the author's cuisine.
