Monolithic works have been completed on the VERNISSAGE project

In June last year, ZIGGURAT started implementing a new facility — the VERNISSAGE club house in Zamoskvorechye. To date, all work on the construction of the monolithic frame of the building has been completed.

On the construction site, internal engineering systems (water supply, ventilation, heating and sewerage) are laid, stained glass windows and a hinged facade are installed. In the coming days, it is planned to install a mockup of the facade system.

The readiness of the facility is 45%. The commissioning of the building is scheduled for the IV quarter of 2023.

The project is financed by Sberbank PJSC, the general designer is Olimproekt Group, the architectural concept of facades and interior design from the architectural bureau of Katerina Gren (GREN.), the contractor for monolithic and finishing works is the international company ADC.
