ZIGGURAT has started monolithic work on the VERNISSAGE project

On June 15, a solemn ceremony of pouring the first cube of concrete took place in the VERNISSAGE clubhouse from ZIGGURAT ® Development. The guests of the event – friends and partners of the project, took part in the symbolic bookmark of the "time capsule" with a message to descendants.

In his opening speech, the CEO of ZIGGURAT ® Vladimir Kovalev thanked the partners for their cooperation and assured that the VERNISSAGE project will become one of the most recognizable and beautiful in Moscow.

To the applause and congratulations of the guests, Vladimir signed a message to the descendants and together with the guests laid the capsule in the foundation.

VERNISSAGE Club House is located surrounded by quiet alleys of the Zamoskvorechye district (CAO). The Art Deco project consists of 26 premium class apartments with two-level underground parking, 24-hour concierge service, SPA complex, gym, enoteca and cigar room. On the ground floor there will be a restaurant of author's cuisine with food delivery to the apartments.

ZIGGURAT ® started selling the apartments in April 2022. Completion of construction is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.

The project is financed by Sberbank PJSC, the general construction is Olimproekt Group, the architectural concept of facades and interior design from the architectural bureau of Katerina Gren (GREN.), the contractor for monolithic and finishing works is the international company ADC.
